At PartHive, we believe riders deserve great value without compromise. That’s why we offer our Price Match Promise — if you find the same product available at a lower price from another UK retailer, we’ll review it and aim to match it wherever possible.

How Our Price Match Works
If you believe you’ve found a lower price, simply get in touch with us before placing your order and provide the details. Our team will verify the information and confirm whether we can match the price.

What We Need From You
To help us process your request quickly, please include:
- The PartHive product link
- The competitor’s product link
- The invoice from the competitor showing the competitor's brand/header.
- Confirmation that the item is in stock with the competitor

Price Match Conditions
To keep things fair and transparent, the following conditions apply:
- The item must be identical (same brand, model, specification, and condition)
- The competitor must be a UK-based retailer
- The product must be new, genuine, and in stock
- Prices must include VAT and any applicable charges
- We do not price match:
- Clearance, liquidation, or end-of-line sales
- Auction sites or private sellers
- Marketplace sellers (e.g. third-party sellers on large platforms)
