The Cam Chain Tensioner Lifter (14510-KZR-600) is the original replacement automatic tensioning unit for the Honda PCX 125 (2012-2020). It restores the scooter's engine timing stability when the factory tensioner has failed, causing chain slack or "clattering" noises. Once installed, it ensures constant, optimal pressure on the cam chain guide, shielding the valvetrain from timing jumps, and preventing the engine damage associated with loose timing chains.
